Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and staff supervision
- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for optimal stock availability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure positive shopping experiences
- Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Prepare daily sales reports and performance analytics for management review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years retail supervision or leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer service focus
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software
- Knowledge of Apple products and ecosystem preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
