As an Associate DevOps Engineer, you will support the adoption and alignment of DevOps best practices across teams. Your work will involve assisting in the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment workflows, and integrating monitoring and logging solutions. You will play a key role in bridging development and operations, ensuring faster time-to-market without compromising quality or security.

Responsibilities
- Support the adoption and alignment of DevOps culture and practices across development and operations teams.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of production environments.
- Collaborate with software engineers to optimize application build, test, and release processes.
- Maintain and improve containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Document workflows, runbooks, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in a DevOps, systems administration, or software engineering role.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Bash, Python).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
