Join Plaza Premium Group as the Associate Director, OTC, leading the Order-to-Cash (OTC) function within our global shared services ecosystem. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will shape finance operations, drive process excellence, and build high-performing teams that deliver accurate, timely customer invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
Your leadership will oversee end-to-end OTC processes including order management, invoicing, credit control, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application. You will partner with FP&A, treasury, IT, and business units to drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across geographies and customer segments. You will own and monitor key performance indicators such as DSO, aging, and billing accuracy, and implement governance to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
As a people leader, you will recruit, mentor, and develop talent, foster a culture of accountability and performance, and manage a budget for the OTC function. You will lead system upgrades and transformations (ERP, RPA, or related tools) to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience while maintaining data integrity across platforms.

Qualifications include a university degree in finance or accounting, with professional qualifications (CA/CPA/CFA) preferred, 10+ years in OTC/Order-to-Cash, and proven leadership experience. Fluency in English required; knowledge of Malay or other languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the OTC function within the shared services center.
- Oversee end-to-end order-to-cash processes: order management, invoicing, credit control, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application.
- Define and monitor KPIs (DSO, aging, billing accuracy, dispute resolution time) and drive continuous improvement projects.
- Lead process optimization and automation initiatives (ERP, RPA, data analytics) to improve throughput and accuracy.
- Partner with FP&A, treasury, IT, and business stakeholders to standardize controls and ensure data integrity across geographies.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing OTC team; manage recruitment, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements; manage risk and controls framework.
- Drive customer experience improvements through timely invoicing and favorable dispute resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualifications (CA/CPA/CFA) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash or OTC operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading large, cross-functional teams in a global shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and automation tools (RPA, data analytics).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; results-driven with a metrics-based approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Malay are a plus.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrix organization and influence change with minimal supervision.
