Responsibilities
- Design and implement culturally relevant educational curricula for diverse learner populations
- Deliver engaging instruction in both urban and rural community settings
- Develop educational materials and resources aligned with learning objectives
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
- Coordinate with community stakeholders to identify educational needs and opportunities
- Organize and facilitate teacher training and professional development workshops
- Monitor program effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Development Studies, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in community-based settings
- Strong curriculum development and instructional design skills
- Experience working with marginalized or underserved populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Adaptability to work in diverse environments and locations
- Knowledge of Philippine education frameworks and policies
- Proficiency in both English and Filipino languages
