In this role, you will contribute to critical testing and troubleshooting of circuits and components on production equipment used on the factory floor. As part of the Equipment Production team, you will own testing activities from component level to system integration, ensuring repeatable results and robust quality. You will drive data-driven decisions by analyzing test data, documenting findings, and supporting root-cause analysis for any field issues. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, efficiency, and process capability, while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical circuits and components on production equipment.
- Diagnose hardware and instrumentation issues, analyze root causes, and implement timely corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and automation scripts to ensure repeatable results.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize test data; prepare clear documentation and reports for engineering, quality, and production stakeholders.
- Support equipment production processes to improve yield, cycle time, and reliability; participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams during new product introductions and design reviews to optimize testability and manufacturability.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; maintain a clean and organized test environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in electronics, semiconductor equipment, or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with electronic test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) and strong circuit debugging skills.
- Familiarity with firmware/embedded systems, PLCs, or automation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills; the ability to communicate clearly across teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment in Singapore.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
