Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and mechanical components in production equipment
- Diagnose technical failures using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Document test procedures, results, and maintenance activities in compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and optimize production processes
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration of production machinery
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and product quality
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all production activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Basic knowledge of circuit design, testing methodologies, and diagnostic procedures
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment operations
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and oscilloscopes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of quality control standards (ISO, Six Sigma) is advantageous
