Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing corporate legal documents, including service agreements, employment contracts, and shareholder agreements.
- Representing clients in litigation proceedings, including attending court hearings and mediations.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and providing actionable advice on Indonesian regulatory compliance.
- Managing day-to-day legal correspondence and communication with clients and opposing counsel.
- Preparing case files, legal briefs, and opinions for senior partners.
- Assisting in corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisition due diligence processes.
- Ensuring all legal activities align with current Indonesian laws and internal firm standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable university with a strong academic record.
- Possess a valid PERADI license (Advocate license) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in a law firm environment.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Litigation Procedures.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain client confidentiality and trust.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
