Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents for store operations.
- Manage the preparation and submission of permits, licenses, and regulatory filings.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Indonesian corporate, employment, and commercial laws.
- Conduct legal research and provide timely advice to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain organized legal records, databases, and tracking systems.
- Assist in handling disputes, liaising with external counsel, and supporting litigation matters.
- Monitor legislative changes and advise the business on potential impacts.
- Support corporate governance initiatives and internal policy development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal officer, contract specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract law, licensing procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
