Sinematika Inc. is looking for a dynamic Associate Producer to join our fast‑growing creative team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this role you will be the central hub linking clients, talent, and crew throughout every phase of our video and multimedia projects. Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end production pipeline from pre‑production planning through post‑production delivery.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring expectations are met.
- Coordinate crew hiring, scheduling, and logistics for shoots, including location scouting and equipment procurement.
- Develop and monitor production budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost‑effective resource allocation.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations on set, ensuring compliance with safety standards and creative vision.
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate post‑production workflows, including editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
- Track project timelines and deliverables, adjusting schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a production coordinator or associate producer role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and crew.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.
- Familiarity with production software such as Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced environment, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Proactive problem‑solver who can anticipate challenges and implement solutions quickly.
