Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end production pipeline from pre‑production planning through post‑production delivery.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Coordinate crew hiring, scheduling, and logistics for shoots, including location scouting and equipment procurement.
  • Develop and monitor production budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost‑effective resource allocation.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations on set, ensuring compliance with safety standards and creative vision.
  • Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Facilitate post‑production workflows, including editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, adjusting schedules as needed to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a production coordinator or associate producer role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and crew.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.
