Tobey Construction and Maintenance Corporation is an emerging professional construction firm focused on driving infrastructure development. We are currently seeking a skilled AutoCAD Operator to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for a variety of construction and maintenance projects. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret technical specifications and translate them into precise, actionable designs.
Key responsibilities include utilizing advanced AutoCAD software to produce high-quality 2D and 3D models, performing thorough revisions based on stakeholder feedback, and ensuring all drawings comply with relevant building codes and standards. You will maintain comprehensive project documentation, manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical team members.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You should be proactive in identifying potential design issues and offering practical solutions.

Responsibilities
- Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using AutoCAD software for construction and maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret and implement technical specifications and design requirements.
- Produce accurate 2D and 3D models and drawings in accordance with project standards and regulations.
- Perform revisions and modifications based on feedback, ensuring all documentation remains up-to-date.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations in all design outputs.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation, tracking changes and version control.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve design conflicts and provide technical support.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Operator, Draftsman, or similar technical role in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software (2D and 3D) with strong technical drawing skills.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and technical documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing complex drawings.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in drafting, engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Experience with other CAD software or BIM tools is a plus.
