Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Ladder Logic, Function Block) for diverse industrial applications.
- Design and configure SCADA/HMI interfaces to optimize operator efficiency and system monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated systems with existing production lines.
- Perform on-site installation, system commissioning, and testing to ensure seamless performance.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system schematics and operational manuals.
- Identify system bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to enhance operational reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users for newly commissioned systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest automation technologies and industry trends to improve company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in industrial automation are highly encouraged to apply.
- Fundamental knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley).
- Familiarity with SCADA software platforms and HMI development tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuitry, sensors, and instrumentation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
