Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily aftersales operations to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and track inventory of spare parts and accessories.
- Process orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with customers to schedule service appointments and follow up on inquiries.
- Support the aftersales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and negotiate pricing.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the aftersales department.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in automotive or aftersales.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and operations is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
