Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with bank branch managers and staff to drive insurance sales performance.
- Identify and approach potential clients within the Emerald banking segment to offer tailored life insurance solutions.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to provide the most suitable protection and investment products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professional integrity.
- Provide regular progress reports and sales analysis to the area management team.
- Participate in joint marketing activities and sales initiatives at bank branches.
- Ensure all sales documentation adheres to company regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the banking, insurance, or financial services sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet aggressive sales targets.
- Professional appearance and high personal grooming standards.
- Deep understanding of the financial and insurance market landscape in Kalimantan.
- Ability to operate effectively within a corporate banking environment.
