  • Conduct deep-dive market analysis to assess feasibility, risks, and ROI of potential projects.
  • Optimize the performance of existing business units through process improvement and strategic realignment.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, external partners, and potential acquisition targets.
  • Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet organizational quality and financial standards.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to inform management on expansion progress and strategic pivots.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, or Project Management.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale business expansion projects within retail, consumer electronics, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial statements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
