People Profilers is thrilled to partner with them to find a passionate Executive / Assistant Manager, Business Development. Based in the East Region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory. This is a multi-faceted role that combines strategic business development, client advisory, and project acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Manage the complete tender lifecycle, including proposal development, pitch presentations, and value engineering.
- Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders: architects, developers, corporate end-users, and facility managers.
- Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to deliver compelling, client-centric solutions.
- Conduct site showrounds, client presentations, and high-level negotiations to drive deal closure.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Maintain precise sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM records.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years (Executive) or 4-5 years (AM) of proven B2B sales experience in the interior design, construction, or renovation industry.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- An existing network of contacts within the Singapore real estate, design, or corporate sector is highly valued.
- Hunter mindset with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM platforms.
- Valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle is an added advantage for site visits.
