Working closely with the Bar Manager, you will help manage inventory, coordinate promotions, and drive revenue while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

If you are a proactive team player with a flair for customer service and a desire to grow within the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you.

  • Support financial duties such as cash handling, POS reconciliation, and shift reporting.
  • Stay current on trends in spirits, wines, cigars, and mixology to provide informed recommendations and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout all shifts.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and events teams to execute promotions, private functions, and menu updates.

  • Solid knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including spirits, wines, cigars, and classic cocktails.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certification (e.g., WSQ) is an advantage.
