Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
- Welcome guests promptly, provide menu recommendations, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Manage customer orders and process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock takes.
- Maintain a well-organized bar area, including stocking glassware, garnishes, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Bar Attendant or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine service.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a diverse team.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
