Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and seasonal specialties
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and order accuracy
- Manage inventory, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of all coffee stations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a sanitized workspace
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell products and promotions to enhance customer experience and sales
- Train new baristas on beverage recipes and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or coffee preparation experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in beverage preparation
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Proficiency in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
