Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately using the POS system
- Manage cash transactions and handle payments appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee station and seating areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies and other products
- Stay updated on new coffee trends and techniques to enhance our offerings
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly desirable
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and flavor profiles
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and weekends
