Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and precise techniques
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all workstations
- Manage inventory and restock supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
- Adhere to food safety protocols and company beverage recipes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and terminology
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift 15kg+ supplies
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
