Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of café workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and addressing customer inquiries with a friendly attitude
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service roles is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino (Cebuano is a bonus)
- Ability to work flexibly in rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
- Attention to detail and passion for delivering quality products and services
- Must be willing to work in Davao City, Davao del Sur
