Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, with perfect presentation.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment maintenance.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and efficient customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, handle cash, and process payments accurately.
- Ensure the coffee station and café area are kept clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Upsell food and beverage items by providing knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing coffee environment is highly preferred.
- Possess strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk steaming techniques, and latte art.
- Highly energetic, friendly personality, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal grooming and hygiene.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
