Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a variety of coffee and specialty beverages according to ZUS Coffee standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and seating areas.
- Manage inventory levels and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Engage with customers, offer menu recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash/digital transactions.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the outlet is ready for operation.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn the art of coffee making.
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues during peak hours.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational background.
