In this role, you will be the face of our cafe, crafting exquisite coffee beverages and assisting in the preparation of our signature strawberry-infused treats. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages according to cafe standards.
- Assist in the preparation of food items, specifically focusing on strawberry-based desserts and specialty menu offerings.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service to every guest.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and dining area.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and manage cash drawer accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking ingredients and supplies.
- Uphold food safety and quality control protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or Kitchen Assistant is highly preferred, though entry-level candidates with a strong service background are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and passion for Japanese culinary trends.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Keen attention to detail, especially regarding food presentation and ingredient quality.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- A proactive team player with the ability to multitask effectively.
