Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages, including specialized espresso-based drinks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and processing orders with accuracy.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash and digital transactions responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation, including all coffee machinery and seating areas.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting replenishment needs.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations for beverage preparation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- At least a High School graduate; vocational training in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and recipe measurements.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Filipino.
