Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately, handling payments, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, bar area, and seating area throughout shifts.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, reporting low stock levels to management.
- Educate customers on menu items, coffee bean origins, and preparation methods.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista, ideally in a fast-paced cafe or hospitality setting.
