Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of premium coffee and non-coffee beverages following ZUS Coffee standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all brewing equipment is sanitized and functional.
  • Manage stock levels and assist in inventory checks to ensure supplies are always available for shift operations.
  • Proactively assist customers by recommending menu items and explaining different coffee blends to enhance their experience.
  • Process customer payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash/digital transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with local health regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage, but passionate beginners are encouraged to apply (training provided).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with diverse customers.
  • Preference for candidates who already possess a Food Handler Certificate and have had their Typhoid Injection.
