Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonâalcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Manage cash and electronic payments, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages to the manager.
- Engage with guests, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for seamless operations.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a highâvolume setting.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastâpaced environment and handle pressure.
- Valid New York State Food Handlerâs Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
