What you’ll do daily includes welcoming guests, processing check-ins/outs, managing reservations, answering inquiries, coordinating with bell and housekeeping teams, handling guest requests, and resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and attentiveness
- Process reservations, changes, and cancellations using the property management system
- Coordinate with concierge, bell staff, and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Upsell services and amenities in a respectful, non-intrusive manner
- Maintain front desk appearance, organized lobby area, and security procedures
- Protect guest information and follow privacy policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- 1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and positive, guest-focused demeanor
- Legal work authorization in the United States; additional languages a bonus
