Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, strictly adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system and handle billing efficiently.
- Develop and suggest innovative cocktail creations and seasonal drink specials to enhance the menu.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly, assist with stock ordering, and minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and prompt service during busy periods.
- Upsell premium products and promote menu offerings to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or nightclub environment.
- Excellent knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Indonesian are a strong plus).
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Possession of a valid health certificate or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy supplies (e.g., kegs, boxes of bottles).
