Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and engaging with guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering.
- Upsell beverages and promote specials to maximize revenue.
- Supervise and train junior bartenders (for Supervisor role).
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel or upscale establishment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in food handling and safety (e.g., WSQ in Singapore).
- Leadership skills for supervisory responsibilities.
- Commitment to providing high-level customer service.
- Minimum high school diploma; hospitality degree preferred.
