Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and makeup application services to international travelers, ensuring an exceptional brand experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (KPIs) through proactive client engagement, product recommendation, and cross-selling.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Charlotte Tilbury products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance, to educate and inspire customers.
- Maintain visually stunning, hygienic, and fully stocked counter displays in line with brand guidelines and luxury standards.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, capturing data for loyalty programs and encouraging repeat visits.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, new product launches, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to promote events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns that drive foot traffic and conversions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a beauty advisor, makeup artist, or in retail sales, preferably in luxury cosmetics or travel retail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse, multicultural customers.
- Strong passion for the beauty industry and enthusiasm for the Charlotte Tilbury brand ethos.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (airport hours).
- Basic knowledge of makeup application techniques and skincare; professional certification or training is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for stock management and visual merchandising.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay, or Arabic) are highly advantageous.
