Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice regarding skincare and cosmetic products.
- Demonstrate and recommend products to customers to meet their specific beauty needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to create an inviting and positive store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMU) or Diploma (D3/S1) in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant, Beauty Advisor, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and sales techniques.
- Available for full-time work.
