Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to highâend clientele.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team goals.
- Maintain inâdepth knowledge of luxury skincare, makeup, and fragrance lines.
- Ensure the boutique visual standards are met through merchandising and product presentation.
- Build and nurture longâterm client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, card, and digital payments.
- Participate in brand training sessions, product launches, and promotional events.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock checks.
Qualifications
