Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations to every guest.
- Share the story and benefits of L'Occitane products with passion and expertise.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high retail standards.
- Perform daily store operations, including stock replenishment, inventory management, and display maintenance.
- Create an inviting and relaxing in-store atmosphere that reflects the L'Occitane brand identity.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing product knowledge training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service industries.
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
