Join Motortrade Nationwide Corporation as a Big Bikes Area Manager, overseeing motorcycle and parts sales across multiple branches in San Juan City, Metro Manila. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on field execution to expand market share, optimize profitability, and elevate the customer experience for one of the Philippinesā leading motorcycle distributors. You will drive performance through strong team leadership, data-driven decision making, and effective collaboration with branch managers, suppliers, and regional operations.
In this senior retail leadership position, you will be accountable for setting growth targets, implementing regional promotions, managing inventory levels, and ensuring brand standards across all outlets. Your success will be measured by sales growth, margin optimization, customer satisfaction, and dealer-partner engagement. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a track record in motorcycle or automotive retail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate diverse teams while maintaining a sharp focus on results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive area-wide sales for motorcycles and parts across all branches in your designated territory, consistently achieving monthly targets.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans, promotional campaigns, and inventory strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and sales staff; set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with branches, supply chain, and regional HQ to ensure product availability, pricing integrity, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, gross margin, inventory turns, and customer satisfaction; adjust tactics as needed.
- Manage dealer and branch relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and accelerate growth.
- Represent the brand with professionalism at events, showrooms, and consumer interactions to uphold Motortradeās reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in automotive, motorcycle, or retail sectors; proven leadership of field teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; data-driven decision making.
- In-depth knowledge of motorcycles, parts, and aftersales processes; experience with inventory and merchandising management.
- Willingness to travel within the region and to multiple branches; possession of a valid driverās license.
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and inventory/ERP systems; adept at sales forecasting and reporting.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of achieving targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Fluent in English; strong interpersonal skills and ability to train and motivate teams.
