Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for motorcycles and parts across assigned branches
- Lead, coach, and mentor branch managers to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction

- Coordinate inventory management and merchandising initiatives across the area

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (5+ years experience may substitute)
