Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure BIM models are accurate, consistent, and comply with industry standards
- Facilitate collaboration between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
- Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to identify and resolve issues
- Prepare BIM execution plans and coordinate with project teams to ensure adherence
- Train team members on BIM software and processes as needed
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or Bentley Systems
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols (ISO 19650, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Certification in BIM management or related field is a plus
