Job Description
WSP Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive BIM Coordinator to join our engineering team in Singapore. As a member of the BIM Standardisation and Coordination group, you will support the BIM Manager in developing and enforcing BIM execution standards across all projects. This role focuses on collaborative modeling, data integrity, and the seamless exchange of information between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines and external stakeholders. You will contribute to the development of federated models, maintain standard libraries, and help drive digital transformation across our MEP projects.
In this role you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary design teams, manage model structures and levels of development, and ensure models reflect the latest design intent. You will lead clash detection sessions, coordinate design interfaces, and work to resolve conflicts promptly to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Proficiency with Revit and related BIM tools, a solid understanding of MEP design workflows, and strong communication skills are essential for success. You will produce and maintain BIM related documentation and data deliverables for client review and project handover, including AS built information and model management reports.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate design development and information exchange between MEP disciplines and other project teams using BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
- Manage federated BIM models, enforce BIM standards, set up model structure and libraries.
- Lead clash detection sessions, track issues, and ensure timely resolution of design conflicts.
- Assist in drafting BIM Execution Plans, LOD definitions, and QC processes for project delivery.
- Prepare AS built information and model data deliverables for client handover.
- Collaborate with design, construction, and client teams to review and present BIM deliverables.
- Support data exchange and information management using cloud platforms and BIM collaboration tools.
- Conduct regular model audits and contribute to BIM related documentation and training for project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator on MEP projects with strong knowledge of BIM standards and processes.
- Proficiency in Revit (MEP), Navisworks, and cloud collaboration platforms such as BIM 360 or similar.
- Strong understanding of MEP design coordination, clash detection, drawing extraction, and data management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills; ability to coordinate with cross functional teams.
- Knowledge of local industry standards and codes; familiarity with Singapore BIM requirements is a plus.
- Relevant BIM certifications or training is advantageous.
