Responsibilities
- Lead BIM implementation and standardization across power generation projects
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans (BEP) and quality control protocols
- Coordinate multidisciplinary model integration for MEP, structural, and architectural systems
- Manage clash detection, coordination, and constructability reviews
- Train and mentor team members on BIM software and best practices
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and project specifications
- Optimize BIM workflows for energy infrastructure design and construction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- 5+ years of BIM management experience in power generation/energy sector
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 protocols
- Proven leadership in managing BIM teams and projects
- Experience with energy infrastructure modeling standards
