Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and transport vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain compliance with company safety, health, and quality standards at all times.
- Prepare accurate and timely operational reports for the branch management team.
- Handle documentation related to shipments, receiving, and dispatching in accordance with internal SOPs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a logistics or supply chain role at a supervisory level.
- Strong proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of distribution networks and inventory management systems.
- Willingness to be based in Kolaka, Sulawesi Tenggara.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
