Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store associates to build a high‑performing team.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet key performance indicators.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail software, POS systems, and basic accounting.
