Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across three branches to ensure consistency in service and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve monthly store revenue targets.
- Manage labor costs, inventory levels, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
- Lead, recruit, and mentor branch staff to cultivate a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to health, safety, and brand aesthetic standards.
- Analyze weekly sales performance reports and provide actionable feedback to upper management.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high guest satisfaction ratings.
- Coordinate with supply chain and kitchen leads to ensure seamless product flow and stock availability.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail or restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit capacity.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing operational budgets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office (specifically Excel).
- Deep understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as business operations require.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset toward process improvement.
