As our Branch Manager, you will be the heart of the store. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of service, managing daily administrative and retail operations, and ensuring that every customer experience reflects the EO brand. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is capable of motivating staff, optimizing store performance, and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations, including sales, inventory management, and store maintenance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team to ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Analyze daily and monthly sales reports to meet or exceed regional performance targets.
- Manage employee schedules, timekeeping, and performance evaluations to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with regional offices for marketing campaigns, inventory replenishment, and technical support.
- Resolve customer escalations with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to enhance the in-store shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in optical, fashion, or consumer retail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Filipino/Local dialect.
- Demonstrated ability to handle financial reports, inventory, and point-of-sale systems.
- Results-driven personality with a track record of achieving sales KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
