Join PERSOL as a Brand Ambassador promoting x30 vitamins at premier health and beauty retailers in Orchard and across Singapore. In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you will educate shoppers about the benefits of x30 vitamins, demonstrate correct usage, and help guests discover solutions that fit their wellness goals. You will be the friendly face of our brand, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences that drive brand awareness and sales.
You will engage with diverse customers, answer questions, handle inquiries about product ingredients and usage, and proactively personalize recommendations. You will support in-store promotions, manage product displays, and ensure promotional materials are visible, well-stocked, and compliant with company standards. Training will be provided to deepen product knowledge and selling techniques, from discovery conversations to closing sales, while maintaining a positive and respectful store environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Retail, promotions, or hospitality experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and strong customer service skills
- Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused
- Ability to explain health products clearly and accurately
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Basic product knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
