In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of brand identity, market positioning, and overall operational excellence. You will act as the visionary leader, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent while driving measurable growth in the competitive Indonesian market.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market awareness and long-term business growth.

- Analyze market research and consumer data to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve ROI targets.
- Lead and mentor the marketing and branding team to foster a culture of creativity and high performance.
- Direct the creation of brand campaigns and content across digital and traditional media channels.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, internal and external communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing leadership, or general management roles.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities with a proven track record of growing brand equity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into marketing strategy.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market landscape and current industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
