Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share and brand equity.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and activation channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal creative and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage the brand budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Lead product launches and brand repositioning projects to stay ahead of market demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management or product marketing, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in both digital and traditional marketing landscapes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy.
- Proven track record of managing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
