Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, including creative, marketing, and operations, to deliver integrated service solutions.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for brand expansion and optimization.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles to ensure alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
- Solve complex operational challenges to maintain service quality and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management, growth marketing, or account management within an e-commerce or digital agency setting.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management and persuasive presentation.
