Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for mall facilities and equipment
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety hazards and operational inefficiencies
- Oversee emergency response protocols for facility-related incidents
- Prepare maintenance reports and budget proposals for operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in building administration or facilities maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mall operations and commercial building systems
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing maintenance teams
- Proficiency in facility management software and CMMS systems
- Valid PRC license (if applicable to engineering discipline)
