Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in conducting business process analysis and requirement gathering for client projects.
- Perform data collection, validation, and analysis using Excel, SQL, and basic statistical tools.
- Help prepare presentation decks, reports, and dashboards that communicate insights and recommendations.
- Support the design and testing of process improvements and digital solutions.
- Participate in workshops and client interviews to understand business needs.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous learning by attending internal training sessions and sharing knowledge with peers.
- Adhere to Abeam's quality standards and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (expected graduation 2026).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated teamwork, initiative, and a keen interest in consulting or business transformation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fresh graduate status; no prior work experience required, though internships or project experience are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements within Indonesia.
